   • The platform is renamed from Nordistay to Nordtinde. Endpoints, fields and permissions are unchanged; webhook headers keep their existing X-Nordistay-* names so current integrations keep working.

   • New website bookings deduct a separate 20% host fee from add-ons instead of the 3% stay fee; guest service fees are unchanged. Rates remain admin-adjustable and existing booking snapshots are preserved.
   • Booking host_payout includes both saved host fee components. API fields, quote inputs and permissions are unchanged; quotes still exclude optional extras.

   • Website cancellations now atomically record guest protection and stop unpaid payouts. Booking API shapes and write permissions are unchanged; host cancellation fees, appeals and internal support cases are not exposed.
   • Calculated host_payout remains a booking snapshot, not proof of payment or an amount currently payable after cancellation. Status-change webhooks retain their existing payload.

   • Added monthly discounts for stays of 28+ nights, replacing weekly discounts when enabled; fees use the discounted subtotal.
   • Listing and catalog responses now include weekly_discount_percent and monthly_discount_percent; price PATCH accepts monthly_discount_percent and quotes return monthly_discount savings in NOK.
   • New bookings save discount amounts for consistent booking confirmations and receipts; existing bookings retain their original totals.

   • Added a clear development-status notice: the API is not yet fully available and currently provides basic data access, reads and limited adjustments. No endpoint or permission changes.

   • Fixed webhook delivery: events now reach receivers, including Cloudflare-proxied ones. Delivery connects by hostname with full certificate verification after checking that every DNS answer is public; redirects are still never followed.
